Random thoughts

Well, I'm finding myself at a loss for words today because all I can contribute is a different version of the same story. Nothing in the form of prints, or viable camera photos, just evidence that food is missing that cannot be linked to squirrel, raccoon, fox, cats, or bear.

Nothing has changed, except for a few encounters that have left us scratching our heads and now items are being taken such as a spoon, and a small jam jar lid (both held peanutbutter).

Most of us know that if Sasquatch doesn't want its picture taken, all efforts to set of the game cam are just futile, but still we try, hoping against hope, hanging on to what if.

Those of you that follow this blog, know that I had my what if moment, and eventhough it was one time, a fluke shot, still I try. Because it is human nature  to do so, try.

There's that old saying, 'if it aint' broke, don't fix it.' and this is why I try. I kept the camera in the same position as I did before, and again a few days ago, I got the same results, but without anything on camera, the frames were too over exposed. So now what?

This leads me to believe that this creature perhaps uses the time of day to aid him in his quest to remain elusive.

OR...

Can we speculate so far to assume that this creature emits a certain amount of electricity keeping in mind his size, it is possible. I know when this creature is near the monitor, the monitor generates a humming feedback.

We all know that if you hang on to a radio antenna from a radio that is indoors the feedback seems to either get worse, or get better.

There are some who have had the opportunity of a lifetime to capture sasquatch on camera, as is. So what gives? It could be alot of possibilities, such as this is an ability to interfere with electronics at will, or at the very least this phenomenon occurs when the creater is in a hightened state of awareness, agitation, alarm or excitement.

Who knows, it's anybody's best guess at this point, but all I can say is we do our best, and collect the evidence as we see it.

For me, things have changed, Sasquatch around here are getting braver, but not to the point yet where they will allow us visual contact. If they watch us we'll never know, and listening to the monitor at night, does not reveal to me tree waps or whistles. Our Sasquatch are more elusive more than ever, but still seem to be dangling that proverbial carrot infront of our noses saying ' you can't see me, but I can see you.'

They seem to know our move, they seem to know when I go out, they seem to know when I'm listening to the monitor, and they seem to know when I am looking for results.

I have the game camera in a position on the ground and for the past two days, I've cleared the area, trying to set the trajectory of the motion sensor just so, and today, last night, I went out to set the game camera out again after using the computer to clear it of its random pictures, and imbedded into the ground at the spot where I place the camera, among leaves was a piece of a bone.

It wasn't there before, and this bone I've seen around the yard a few times. What the flip????

I've learned to shut my mouth and just silently observe. So until then... I'll wait for more answers from this side of the tree line.
